Yes, it's "Numb" off of Dummy, one of the single best albums ever made. The only other thing that sounds like it is Portishead's second self-titled album. It's really too bad we may never get another album from them together.
And yeah, that promo is gold. Interesting that they never put Charlie and Claire together, considering how they paired everyone else up...
